My husband has informed that if I insist on stockpiling pasta for the harsh, Georgia winter, then I must start serving it more often. So I've been experimenting with different ways of serving it. I'm not allowed to buy any more pasta, no matter how good the sale is, until we eat some of what we've got. I have TEN boxes of spaghetti/linguine noodles (three whole wheat and seven regular) and FOUR boxes of rigatoni/bow ties/corkscrews (all regular, we ate the last of the whole wheat rigatoni tonight) shoved in my pantry right now.
