So do something about it! Instead of repeatedly apologizing to people who don't deserve an apology, do something! Start looking for a better job, find a friend who will let you stay with them, even if it's in a basement or a guest room or something. If you were as annoyed and depressed by this as you say you are you should be able to find a way. The only way you can keep what you want is to not be in your parent's house. While you're there they can make you do anything because they have that whole "my house my rules" bullshit
