Yuletart reveals are up-- this is the master list. I found out telophase made my awesome art, and here's my project. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN GUYS.

THAT IS IN FACT EXACTLY WHAT I SAID. glockgal posted about Yuletart on Metafandom and I jumped! Alas, I don't think 2010 signups are ready yet. :D

I should have said something-- I thought everyone already knew but me!

...are other non-2d arts allowed? My knitting/crochet is still on the basic side, but if sewing/embroidery/beadwork (or hell, calligraphy!) are acceptable, this might finally be a fandom exchange I could get into!

(My drawing skills, while not stick-figure bad, aren't anywhere near the level I'd consider worthy of trade with folks like telophase, and while I do write, I know myself better than to try to make my muse play nice where prompts and deadlines are involved...)

Yes, they are! Check out all the stuff people did-- someone did an anatomically correct Kirk and Spock doll set with a green penis. It was AMAZING.

I was so pleased they put a broad umbrella around art.

I don't know if it's just the natural consequences of Metafandom linking more stuff, or people are being stupid. Either way it's frustrating.

See, that's why I'm so glad I have a f'list willing to wade into that kind of stuff so that I get to dip a toe in only on the stuff that interests me. It's a great way of keeping my blood pressure down. *g*
