Oh god, noooooooo! Wow. Nice speech by Chris, btw. But poor, poor Zach. He gets screwed over a lot in fic :) I do it on a regular basis. Very nicely done, can't wait for more!

OMG, I'm so silly, I thought this series was already finished and I was like... Finding where to click for the next chapter and I'm left exactly like Zach on the doorjamb! Gosh, this is so beautiful! I can't wait for the next chapter!

Hee hee, I'm glad I updated so soon too! I was a bit worried after that little hiatus that it might be hard to get back into the rhythm of the story. I'm happy to say it isn't so :)

You just blew my mind with this-- SO not where I thought things were going. I was all prepared to be sad for Zach (which I still am, obviously, just for different reasons) and then you have Chris go and declare his love. Yup. My mind. It's blown. Also, I loveloveloved this line:

You’re everything in my life that’s right...

MWAHAHA MY EVIL PLAN HAS SUCCEEDED! I was hoping that people might be fooled by Chris' thinking in the last chapter - I feel a bit light M. Night Shylaman: "What a twist!" :D
Glad you liked that line too, shame Chris had to be such a tool about figuring that little factoid out :P
