I miss Mom. This is Mother's Day. There is no Mom here. I said it to my Grandmom, would have visited her but she slept to 7p after not sleeping the day before. I said it to my former best friend's Mom. I said it to my neighbor. I texted my best friend shortly before I decided to post this

it's always possible to set aside a little shrine for her. then you can still do sweet things for her, even if your Dad and brother look at you funny. i suspect, however, that they won't and will even do so with you.
