i talked to jeni's mom and the reason there arent any set funeral arrangements is that they are having money trouble. jeni's dad is trying to take out a loan. they need help. if anyone has anything they can give to them to help out it would make things so much better. thank you.

By tommorow, I can cough up $500. If they can wait until Wed, I can up that to $1500 total (Wall Street was good to me this year). It's a good thing I saved it, but then I knew I would end up needing it for some sort of crisis. I just wished it wasn't this one. =(

i have at least a couple hundred from me, family and friends. i put a link up on a message board i attend and a couple people are willing to help.

i left a message on her moms phone, just let her know when and where i can drop off the money to your house, or hers. either or. take care of yourself and call me if you need me, anytime.

i just know her family really needs support. they had no idea i was trying to raise money for them and i just got off the phone telling them the news. the funeral will prolly be sunday but it wont be set in stone until tomorow.

I know this sounds weird but ... go through her jewlery and see if you can find anything with opals (fire opal, ideally) in it. Loosen (but do not remove) one of the stones and bring the whole thing to the funeral.
