i talked to jeni's mom and the reason there arent any set funeral arrangements is that they are having money trouble. jeni's dad is trying to take out a loan. they need help. if anyone has anything they can give to them to help out it would make things so much better. thank you.

I know this sounds weird but ... go through her jewlery and see if you can find anything with opals (fire opal, ideally) in it. Loosen (but do not remove) one of the stones and bring the whole thing to the funeral.
