This whole thing is so sweet, I totally giggled at the end at how effin' married they are. Especially Holmes being the absent-minded husband who needs a moment to figure out a way to write off "You're lookin thick baby!" as "But I like that I swear!" XD

Also imagining swooning Holmes with bronzey Watson on the beach. heheheheheh.

It's takes place during their first case after Watson is married and has been away from Holmes for a little while. He says something like "I see marriage agrees with you, if you gaining seven pounds is anything to by."

Watson: HOLMES!

Holmes: "All right, eight, but seriously, no more than that.

I'll have to check my Kindle for bookmarks. Maybe it's that case with the opium den?
