It's takes place during their first case after Watson is married and has been away from Holmes for a little while. He says something like "I see marriage agrees with you, if you gaining seven pounds is anything to by."

Watson: HOLMES!

Holmes: "All right, eight, but seriously, no more than that.

I'll have to check my Kindle for bookmarks. Maybe it's that case with the opium den?
