That is an impressive wig- hat arrangement. Looks amazing on. I was close to biting my nails before too! Also such a great trick about the loopy head- dress being on a wire frame. Nearly invisable, but easy to use. The ombre effect was delicate and well done..

Wow! Gorgeous stuff. I especially love the Antiochus' Daughter headdress and the Thaisa ombre dyeing.

Wow, I'll have to look up the shibori process -- that is AMAZING, depth of color. Thank you so much for sharing. I've a friend who costumes at Berkeley Rep (CA), and they did Argonautika last year, but I think your costumes were even better! Shhhh, don't tell them!

Our theatre has a small gallery just off the lobby area, as well as some display cases--sometimes some of the costumes go into those for extended display, yes! (Right now, for example, there's a dress from Amadeus and some masks in them.)
