Ok - maybe I'm just feeling masochistic but I'm on www.revolutionhealth.com (thanks, GMail WebClips) so I decided to see what they say about me ::insert music of dread here::.

They say:

LaBelle, seeing that you're going to a doctor on a regular basis, let the doc tell you what to do. He/She may have something in mind that won't conflict with the meds you're taking.

I'm obese too according to them. My doctor says that I'm not obese but am overweight. The way I feel about it is overweight is overweight no matter how much and if something sensible can be done about it, do it. My problem is finding the money to do whatever is sensible.

My doc has told me. I need to eat better, not eat heavy meals so late, and I need to get off my rusty-dusty and get moving.

The first two I think I can handle but that last one, that's the kicker. I don't know why I can't seem to go walking by myself. If I have someone to go with me, I'm good to go. But by myself, meh.

I've got issues about doing stuff by myself and I don't know why. Considering I'm an only child, it makes no sense. I can go shopping by myself but other stuff like going to the movies, parks, museums, and restaurants, I am uncomfortable doing by myself. Darned if I know why.
