As busy as he'd been on his computers, he almost jumped when he heard the sound of someone else arriving because even at home, the only interruptions he usually had in the workshop would be from Pepper bringing him something that she insisted required his attention while he vehemently opposed that notion or Rhodey or later, Agent Coulson and still, those interruptions had been negligible in the grand scale of the universe. Nevertheless, he pushed his seat back and away from the desk and turned to face whoever the visitor might be.

"Hey, just call me Tony, Mister Stark makes me feel like an old man," he grinned - although it was tired and strained around the edges - and got to his feet to make his way over. "There's a computer set up over there so you can type in your name; makes things easier to keep track of so I know who to add to lists and so on."

Whoever this person was, they looked young. Again. He really needed to have serious words with whoever was in charge of this place.

Good to see someone computer literate in person; it was something he took for granted but the questions that had been raised, asking about basic things - almost outdated things really - had caught him by surprise when they'd been raised.

"Before we were actually aware of how far they're willing to go to enforce their rules then I think it could have gone ahead - ignorance is bliss. But after that? No way. It might not just be the people who take part in crashing the Castle that get hurt - they might punish someone else instead. A random housemate or a friend from their home." And that was always the problems; civilians who didn't ask for a part in any of it being caught in the crossfire of an attack or the aftermath. Hell of a thing to have on anyone's conscience.

He was relieved Lavi had shown up because there was note taking and then there was note taking and Lavi's message on the PORTAL system had really caught his eye; detailed enough to satisfy but not so detailed as to go over the heads of others in the city. Definitely a person to keep in the loop with whatever was going on in this fucked up mess they all found themselves in.

Although even if Lavi planned to just remain out of the way to take it in, Tony still made his way over to greet him face to face. Only polite after all and getting all the names straight for this would be important, especially if anyone got wind of what was going on and reported it back to Genero.

"Wasn't expecting this good of a turnout at such short notice, I have to admit," he replied with a grin. It was a real reassurance that he was doing the right thing by organising something for them to mingle and trade whatever they would with one another. A meet and greet with some added oomph or something like that.

"I'm sure plenty of people will want to thank you in person for your post, gathering together, I know I do," and he extended a hand towards Lavi, with every intent of shaking it in gratitude.

Yako had been relieved when she saw the meeting post. She had been worried about all the brash plans that were being made--a violent uprising against unnknown variables didn't always have the most optimistic ending, after all--and after Genero's flaunting of his 'research', she felt things would only go one of two ways: the violence would explode, or be postponed while plans were revised.

Thankfully it was the latter, and she quickly made her way to the given coordinates. She might not be able to offer any firepower, but she was still a detective. She was more than happy to share or dig up any information that could be of use, if she was able to find any.

She slipped into the workshop quietly, glancing around to see who else had answered the call.

Information - and people to dispense it - were just as needed as any sort of assault teams he might be able to assemble, now that Genero had revealed his hand so to speak and he made his way over to Yako from his part of the workshop. Still, seeing another young face here was something of a worry. Yes, any help was needed but there was some discomfort associated with it.

And it was going to make him feel old at this rate.

But still, time to meet and greet.

"Hey, I'm Tony Stark, thanks for coming."

Seeing Tony's message on the network was something of a godsend, really. It allowed her to focus her attention on more constructive things rather than beating the tar out of something in frustration over the whole situation ( ... )

Having plenty of disposable income at home had served him very well indeed and the workshop showing up here had been an unexpected blessing but one he wasn't about to question. He could actively do something here instead of starting to reach the limits of what he was able to help with; plus the extra suits (minus the one Rhodey hadn't bothered to return) were there too.

He was in the middle of some coding when Madsen walked in and he glanced up briefly, quirking an eyebrow at what she wore over her back - wasn't exactly something you saw every day of the week now but that meant there was at least one fighter present now. And hell, after Natasha he wouldn't be judging books by their covers for a while. Coding done, he spun around to smirk at her, arms outstretched.

"Pretty proud of it myself, I have to say."

"Makes me jealous. Then again, I'd probably end up breaking things more considering what I was doing before I got here," she replied. Acting as point for the Alliance was her main job nowadays, and something that she was pretty proud of. It allowed for her to be able to take care of any threats directly and gave her enough time to work on attacking so that she could help the others get to where they needed to be or to keep a certain enemy busy.

"I got my list from earlier in case anyone needed to be brought up to speed, and Kurosaki gave me some details about what happened to him earlier. Figured it'd be good to share that so we at least have an idea of what we're dealing with when it comes to those bastards."

"Just what were you up to then?" The tone was light but it didn't match up completely with the look from on his face; it was more intent and interested, wanting to know who this person was and what their life was like. With this many people - and there were likely still arrivals he hadn't spoken to yet - there were bound to be a great deal of life experiences to draw from.

"Kurosaki...ah, Ichigo? How he's doing? I had a friend of his let me know that he was recovering but I didn't want to ask if she was busy taking care of him." Ichigo would be someone to speak to whenever he was fully recovered and up to it or if he even felt like it again. "As for catching people up - I'm putting it all on the computers to make a filter list for interested parties so if you see anything they should know, feel free to forward it to them."

There was a certain level of anticipation, not to mention tension, starting to build now and one of his legs was restlessly jiggling as he tried again to see if there was any way to trace the ID on the video from the other day but he still wasn't having any luck. He glanced at Pepper out of the corner of his eye as he worked and well...he needed to break at least a little of the tension.

"Probably the first time in a long time I've been looking forward to a meeting."

"I think I get the credit for my press conference upon my return home." Of course, that had probably caused plenty of heart attacks all around at the time but it had worked out in the end.
