[ A flash of light and Roxas is standing at the ready with his Keyblade, not about to take it easy just because his opponent is a girl. If anything, he's a little more cautious. There's a reason she's here, right? ]

Let's do this.

[ And not one for waiting too long, he moves first, lunging forward and hoping to get the first strike. ]

[The flash of light was a surpise - most things are already in front of her or above her but she recovers and smiles, nodding. The first strike hits and she groans before recovering, one hand out to send aero in her opponents direction.]

[Teddy's still a little wary of the cover for the group but he's still going to fight since Billy is as well. Hulked out and in his uniform, Hulkling rolls a shoulder. The alien hybrid glances at his opponent and offers a hand and smile.]

Hi. Looks like you and me are going to be sparring.

Harry Dresden vs. Geir

[ Congratulations, Harry, you're fighting a brick. Geir has already summoned his spear to his hand, though it isn't extended yet. Some small part of him is irritated by the fact that Harry is a bit taller than he is (though he privately thinks that he's got more brawn), but he ignores it in favor of waiting for the fight, nodding his head in Harry's direction. ]

Harry's thin and tall, but this isn't his first rodeo and Geir is far from the biggest bull he's tried to grab by the horns. Rolling his shoulders, he hefts his staff at mid-haft and gives the man a once-over. Looks like he's taken his fair share of hits before. But he looks heavy and solid, which means speed and agility are going to be the wizard's best bets against him. Until he can get a better bead on him at least.

And hey, Harry's thrown plenty of punches too. This should be interesting.

"So, any rules? Allergic to anything?" He grinned the grin that he used against people like Marcone. Sardonic and for some, absolutely infuriating in its cockiness and complete lack of seriousness. "Got an epipen on ya, just in case?"

Harry's comments, initially, do two things. They make Geir tilt his head, confused as to what, exactly, the other man is talking about -- what is an epipen? They also, in some way, remind him of Elijah.

"Allergies?"

He's also eyeing that staff, though. He has seen others use it, but few male magic-users in his world are threats, himself, his brother, and Elijah not withstanding. Elijah has told him a few things about Harry, in their conversations about housemates and others that Elijah has met, but at the moment, the Nordic warrior isn't taking him as seriously as he should.

That's why he's waiting to let Harry make the first move.
