[Turns out this girl right here likes to be on rooftops too.

Hair down and swinging from place to place, Rapunzel suddenly stops when she comes across a new figure. Right when Rapunzel opened her mouth to say something, the woman shot her riffle, not that Rapunzel knows what that is. but it makes her scream out in surprise and fear, crowding to the ground.]

[Even over the loud ring of the gunshot between her ears, she hears the muffled sound of a girl's scream behind her. She turns in a quick motion, hand reaching up to pull her mask down over her face, blinking in surprise.

It's immediately apparent that this girl is likely here entirely by accident, and she's probably just terrified her to death.]

[Rapunzel just hides behind her hair, because she's safe there, always safe. But when she didn't hear the sound again, she peaked out from behind it and saw a woman standing in front of her.]

Wh-what was that?

[She takes a step to the side, revealing the large gun behind her. She smiles a bit, trying to not appear intimidating. Poor girl.]

That was my rifle. I didn't know anyone was on the roof. I apologize; I'm sure it was loud and frightening.

[He had been out enjoying a mug of coffee that he had dreamt up when he heard the first shot.

...Ah. He really shouldn't have been surprised.

Roy made no move to seek Hawkeye out. Interestingly enough, he didn't try to hide either.]

[He may notice, then, that her shots seem to slowly get closer, circling around the cabin that she has probably discovered through her exploration of the city. It's easy to find things through a high powered scope.]

[He does notice. Oddly, he isn't moving.

What's the point? If she comes, she comes. They're in the same damned city. Sometimes, there's no avoiding it.]

[That has been her exact point this whole time. They are in the same city, with no where to go. All this running and avoidance is only going to make things worse.

When he doesn't move inside, she knows that he's doing so on purpose. That's a good enough indicator than anything. She eventually makes her way to the cabin, rifle perched against her shoulder as she leans against the wall of the building.]

I never got to see it. It looks nice, sir. Cozy.

[The cabin, that is.]

[She was up on one, enjoying the view. She had heard the shots a long time ago, but wasn't bothered by them in the least.]

[It's always interesting finding another woman unafraid of the sounds of gunshots. Especially one so close, and with an appearance like hers. She certainly doesn't look military.

She makes her way to that roof next, curious.]

[By the time Riza gets there, the woman is leaning over the edge of the rooftop with a cigarette perched on her lips, enjoying the view.]

[Riza doesn't set up this time, she just walks to the edge of the rooftop as well, her rifle slung over her shoulder. She places her palms against the ledge, gazing out at the view as well.]

random street below one of her perches auto_enthusiast August 15 2011, 19:49:50 UTC
[You can take a warrior out of his war, but it's much harder to take the war away from a warrior. Despite the apparent lack of Autobots in this bizarre place, a weapon firing off practically over his head is enough to make the disguised Decepticon prowling the street below her flinch. Have you ever seen a sports car flinch? Suspicious behavior, that.

Even more suspicious is the sleek weapon that pops out of the car's side as the vehicle squeals to a stop in the road. A sleek weapon that fires a bright red bolt up, taking a chunk of masonry out of the edge of the roof not far from where the initial shot rang out.

At least he's got enough sense not to actually retaliate. Consider this a warning shot.]

[She hasn't seen a sports car before, let alone one with expressions. Her sight isn't below, though, so the first thing she sees is the bright red attack taking out a part of the building she's perched on top of.

She makes a surprised sound, something like a shout, as she stumbles away from the roof.

Riza has seen a lot, but nothing like that.

Once she's recovered herself, she moves to the edge of the roof, peering cautiously over the edge, her weapon ready in case she needs to defend herself.]

[Knock Out's still down there, his engine roaring high under his hood. From above he won't look like much, especially not to someone unfamiliar with cars-- just a big, angular metal shape, bright red with dark reflective patches where his windshield and windows are tinted. His weapon is a flat projection from his flank, the glowing red tip pointed up and tracked on the fleshling as soon as it pokes its head over the edge.]

Hey! [The shouting voice is deep and displeased and coming from inside the car? Sounds like it, anyway, although it's carrying clearly for someone yelling from inside a metal box.] Didn't anyone ever tell you not to discharge a weapon inside a population center?!

[Okay, whatever fired at her is still tracking her, so excuse her if she isn't going to just continue to lean over the edge of the rooftop, leaving her exposed. She yells loudly, keeping her head behind the thick stone.]

I cannot leave the city, and there is no firing range. I am quite skilled with this weapon, and am firing away from the city, not into it. [A pause as she takes a breath.] I would not do anything to put anyone in danger.

[Is she...yelling at a car? There's no way that loud voice came from inside, or did it?]
