[Anyone who is out in the streets of Promenade can likely hear loud gunshots ring out around the edges of the city today. They only ring out about once ever half hour or so, but anyone near one of a certain sniper's locations is likely to be startled by the sudden and loud noise each time she pulls the trigger.
She's been doing this since around noon, traveling from rooftop to rooftop, looking out at the view through the scope of her large rifle, firing once out into the distance where she knows she can't accidently hit anyone. She moves frequently, the way a good sniper does, never staying in one place too long to prevent being snuck up on, but it's mostly just old habit and practice. More than likely, the curious will find her disassembling the rifle so that she can take it to a new location if they don't waste too much time.]
