The USS Constellation was currently idling just a little ways from the beach, accessible via rowboat currently tied to the docks along the shore. The owner of said ship was on board helping anyone up to join her and giving instructions and assigning teams.

Any questions? ASK HER. otherwise don't touch anything. Also, mingle and meet your teams.

And here comes Noah from in between a few of the jets, having just gone down into the lower decks to make sure that everything was still working properly for whenever Ratchet was down there navigating. She missed the whole 'flying onto the ship' part, but there was no way she would miss that fabulous cape and ...well, that entire outfit.

"Hey," she greeted with a wave, "Nice shirt, I have one just like it." that wasn't even her mocking him. She was totally serious, she also had transformers toys shoved somewhere in one of the bunks, oh, and did we mention all her jets were now embossed with the Autobot sigil? Yeah, you're among geeks, Billy.

"Hey!" Billy greeted in return with a smile, recognizing her from before. He glanced at his shirt, grinning a little. "Thanks. So where do you want me?"

Are those Autobot symbols in view? Expect Billy to geek out if so. It had been completely awesome fighting alongside a Transformer during the time that prisoner or whatever it had been escaped.

"Well right now we're just getting everyone organised into teams. You'll be with Harry Dresden. Do you know him?" If not then he should probably introduce himself, but she'd have to find the wizard first if he was even here.

They sure are, all over the jets lined along the ship, he can feel free to geek out all he wants. In fact there should be two transformers coming in fairly soon to join them on the mission.

Billy's face lit up and he tried not to get too excited. "I get to work with Harry? Awesome! Yeah, I know him. We've talked before." More like Billy had practically begged him to take him on as an apprentice or something. He really was a hopeless fanboy.

"So..." He turned and pointed up at one of the said symbols, still trying to contain his excitement. "Are those real? Like, are those Autobots? Or are they just decoration?"

Noah laughed, "Yeah, unless you're secretly filled with machine parts and will go haywire around him, you'll be on his team. I'm sure he's happy to have you on board, too."

She looked over toward the jets and grinned, "Nah, they're not Autobots, but I had them specially painted on by one. In fact Ratchet and Jazz will be joining us on the mission. You'll probably meet them before we head down."

Billy may or may not have made a little geeky squeak at that. "Seriously? Autobots? There are more here? I ran into one awhile back. Oh man, sometimes I love this place."

"Seriously. Autobots. It's like the best thing ever--" oh speak of the devil, "Hey, Ratch. I don't know what you're talking about. I only tell true stories."

Billy looked up at Ratchet with wide, huge eyes. The only thing he could do was swallow hard before saying "Whoa." in a higher pitched tone. "H-hi? Wow. You're..." He leaned over to whisper loudly to Noah, still staring at Ratchet. "It's an Autobot," he hissed.

Noah laughed. Billy had to be the cutest damn thing ever right now, "Yes, I know, honey. Pretty cool, huh?" She knocked on Ratchet's leg playfully, "Ratch, this is Billy. Be nice, or the wizard will be on my ass." KIDDING.

"Heard of you. Y-yeah, I've, uhm, heard of you." More like watched the cartoons and seen the movies. "It's nice to meet you, uh, sir?"

Ace had made his way to Noah's ship, no longer just as shocked by it now that he'd seen it so many times as he went out fishing in the striker, in plenty of time so he'd get a chance to figure out what he was meant to do. For someone not used to the modern things around the city, he was pretty comfortable with them for now but Noah's ship looked like it boasted things the Marines (and many pirates) would kill to get their hands on.

Still, he had a smile as he hopped up, rope in one hand to securely tie his craft alongside hers for the duration, tipping his hat out of his face. Instead of saying anything to anyone who might be nearby, he leaned with his elbows on the railings, looking out and again hating the fact that he couldn't go down there to lend a hand but at least he could do something.

Eventually Noah made her way back around and spotted Ace leaning against the railing. Ah, a familiar face was always a wonderful thing.

"Hey, Blackjack." She greeted with a wave and, once she was close enough, a slap on the back, "Sorry you have to be stuck with the doc, I know he might be kind of a buzzkill. You'll be fine though-- and I can't risk you falling off the sub and drowning."

While the grown-ups were otherwise occupied, Charlotte took the opportunity to dash on board the big ship and find a place to hide. Unfortunately, speed and subterfuge were not her forte, and she tripped on her own feet and faceplanted, letting out a squeak of surprise. She clapped both hands over her mouth, but the damage was done, and her cover was blown!

...She really hoped they wouldn't send her to bed without dessert.
