ITA's company dinner cruise was nice and relaxing.

The vegetarian tasting menu at Oleana is amazing.

you're right; BofA should have immediately credited the check amount back to your account while the situation is being investigated. That's what good customer service is about. Unfortunately BofA is not known for good customer service.

Also, BofA has horrendous service because of these things. Though, in the past, when there are errors, people still don't get their money back, just in case fraud is involved.

I got my money back, but I bet I would have had way more trouble if I had less money in my account.
