Yummy...snails!

This is one of my all-time favorite snacks. There's nothing like sucking the boiled up body of a snail out of it's once protective shell. Thought you were safe inside, WRONG!

I've never had snails, but the local supermarket has some snails in cream sauce in the frozen section. It would be extremely tempting to try if not for the 2000 yen pricetag. (Same goes for the lobster thermidor.)

Hrrm...I've never had snails in a cream sauce. This is a garlic and black bean, delicious!

Let's eat lobster when I'm in Tokyo!
