Car Bombs & Last Weekend

Last Friday was the date of the big Irish Car Bomb party. Except for last fall, I've thrown one of these each semester. It satisfies my need to throw a party every once in a while...and it also gives me a reason to thoroughly clean the apartment

I took out a bag of bottles and cans that night. I couldn't remember if I put them in the trash or recycling though. Evidently I put them in the recycling!

Haha, you know, somehow I suspected that was you! I guess it's because you took some cans and stuff out to the recycling at an earlier car bomb party, and because I know you're so kind. Heck, you made fish filets for us at the party!

Heh, I did figure that whoever did that was drunk, though. You dumped the whole trashbag into the "cans" bin. ;-) I had to sort cans from bottles, but hey, no worries, and I definitely appreciate the thought! ;-) (Besides, that's much better than picking up broken glass off the sidewalk from a busted Jim Beam bottle after the last party.)

Oh yeah, and it's a good thing you didn't throw that bag into the trash. Then you would have been breaking the law about recycling cans! ;-p

Yeah, that was a pretty awesome party! I almost wish I'd taken pictures of your place the next day - I'm not sure I've ever seen an apartment so thoroughly trashed before. Aren't you glad you cleaned it up for the party? :)

Hey, thanks! ;-) Yeah, it looked pretty bad, but after taking out some trash, vacuuming, and wiping the sticky Bailey's from the countertops (hmm, still need to do that...), it'll be back to normal.

So worth it! ;-)
