Effie - WHY?!

Ever since she appeared in the OVA she has bugged the *BEEP* out of me. Not that she's done anything out of line, but her mere creation has me gagging. Does she serve a purpose? Is she someone important from the novels, like a noble on the run or a spy for the bad guy, or SOMETHING?

Don't get me wrong, I love the maids. Love them. I'd like to see

Yeah, at first I thought she was like... Saralegui's maid but then she stayed so I was really confused. Then I was thinking "wut, present maid from Sara wtf?" Overall I'm just annoyed that I don't know why she's there exactly. Damn you KKM.

I totally agree with you. She totally throws off the color scheme and overall uniform of the maids. Not that's a good reason to dislike her but. She stands out so much I'm curious as to why that is. All I can think of is something to do with Sara. D:

She is there because the creators had run out of easy gags for the maids so they decided to add a shiny new maid who doesn't know about shipping and then the maids can teach her and she will win the shipping war.

Ah, I don't remember where I read this, but I was under the impression she was in the novels and they've just now added her... along with a lot of other novel plot. ^^;

She doesn't really bother me at all. I mean, it seems a bit random, but eh, it's not hurting anyone... yet.
