Happy Singles Awareness Day, everyone...

Today really sucks. It's Valentines Day and I have yet to receive any chocolates. I'm not normally one to whine about "girly" things like this, but I have been craving chocolate for the past TWO WEEKS. But did I buy any? No. I thought "I'll be a good girl and wait for Valentines Day since my mother will be sending me a package

if it's any consolation, chocolate goes on major sale tomorrow. I know I'm picking me up some Ferrero Rocher chocolates tomorrow, at least.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about that. I'll be busy all day tomorrow, but hopefully I can find some on-sale chocolate on Tuesday.

I don't think I've ever tried Ferrero Rocher. Do they have nuts?

they've got a hazelnut center and crumbs on the outside, but they have dark chocolate/non nut versions, too. :3

I ate a 3 Musketeers bar (the vending machine had a terrible selection) and now I'm a bit less emo. XD

Yea I know how it is. I've been wanting candy too. c.c I uh... i did get some though. But I also didn't have to rely on a sucky mailing system to get it lol.

I HOPE YOU GET IT SOON...and also that the candy bar you got from the vending machine is at least 10% awesome as whatever is in the box.

Next year I might have to hire a temporary boyfriend for Valentines. Just so I don't have to wait on my crappy postal system for candy...

The problem is that the box also has some other things (like extra binders) that I need for school. D:

Not to mention my mother paid for priority shipping (isn't that 2-5 days?) and it's been a week already.

Less than two blocks away??? Ok, there's really no reason they couldn't have delivered it. -_-

The mail room and package pick-up room are always CRAZY during the week of Valentine's Day. I think a Jirachi pokedoll I had bought about a month ago finally arrived on Friday, but I wasn't able to pick it up on time because the line for package pick-ups was literally out the door and curving around the outside of the building.

That being said, I'm glad you at least managed to get your hands on some 3 Musketeers!

The DC# claims it was "delivered" yesterday morning, but at the package room they said "no one's signed for it so you must be mistaken". If they somehow lose my package, I'm going to be furious.

I guess I'm lucky in that regard. My package pickup room is only shared by two dorms, so there's rarely a line.
