i had a PERFECTLY fitting Ant-Man Funko shirt....it's somewhere in this house.
haven't seen it in a few months.
the shirts from the original marvel and DC boxes fit SO well and were of a solid quality.

when I rented the lil house in the 'trose, and when I was in the 3rd floor apt in olyphant...I mostly held it together. it was at least presentable (if given notice).

I was trying to pull items out of the cupboard to donate....
Then a bottle of BBQ sauce fell out of the cupboard, smashed my beverage, and liquid went EVERYwhere.....
That was fun to clean up. You know i'm lying...

8k to replace the flooring (not including the destroyed sub-floor that needs to be replaced). 15k to fix the busted and destroyed kitchen cabinets. haven't been able to get an estimate on the walls or ceiling yet... but not promising.  my tenants were trash humans that destroyed my apt. how the fuck does someone live like that? 

the tenants are FINALLY moving out....fiiiiiiiinaaaaaaalllllllllyyyyyyyyyy.....

firstly, i'm gonna let the hellbeasts out and smoke a cig (the first cig in three days) because i have so much GD anxiety about an upcoming trip. i got bold and now have regrets.... maybe everything will be great and there will be no issues with the reservation and the monsters. i doubt that....100% but we'll find out soon enough...
