Now our stupid printer is broken!  Wah?  Rachel has one, so I can still work, but our printer is less than 10 months old!! It's actually a replacement for the same model we bought about 11 months earlier!! I am so upset!

Stay away from the Epson Stylus Photo RX500, people!  It will only give you heartache.
