Baby Step 2- Lunges
Today I am going to do some lunges. Cause If I take it easy one day, I should add a little meat to the cause on the next day. Why not? Edit: ended up doing way more than lunges. I may go get my hair cut again. Buzz the sides down. -

Not much time...
I've been wanting to journal again. I have been having so many thoughts about myself, but I just haven't had time to stop and write.
I plan to try to change that. It's February and that is my month to get things started. My birthday will be my catalyst.
Off to work to do nothing because it's SuperBowl Sunday. :P
