Wow. So moving went pretty easily. Mike did a few car loads Friday and Saturday, and I took one over on Saturday. Sunday we did a short(er) ride (62ish mi) and then Rich helped and we did all the furniture in one load! Gotta love access to trucks and flatbed trailers. After that it was one more full car each for me and Mike, back to get the bikes ( Read more... )

ack.. that sounds bad. Almsot as bad as my cousin, who, a couple weks ago, was cutting off the plastic on top of a bottle of BBQ sauce... sliced up his finger. After awhile it stopped bleeding.. he woke up the next morning, it was all swollen, and painful. Iced it down, the 3rd day in, it was worse. He ended up having a really bad infection, and ended up in the Hospital for 3 days. The Dr. said if he woulda waited any longer, there was a good possibility he coulda died... crazy, huh?

Hope Mike is doing better...

eek! narsty! and I say narsty in a concerned kinda way. I've been seeing lots of narsty feet today. ugh. and I say narsty in a gross disgusted kinda way ;) hope he feels better and glad he doesn't have flesh eating disease!!

Foot still hurts, especially to stand and walk on itbut at least I don't have to worry about changing my race entries from M35-39 to the Physically Challenged division ;-)

I was supposed to take a day or two off of work but, thats not really possible, but I was lucky that I was able to see a few patients first thing this morning and then have a few hours off to rest and elevate my foot.

oh and I forgot to mention how much proof there was that you were the girl... and how glad I am you don't match the hospital sheet anymore! :)
