Hey lyn! Been a while, and I wanted to visit some of my favorite writers on Christmas (More like free time to read fanfiction!). I am sad to read what you wrote, but it reminded me of another writer's own story. I don't remember the detail, but she had a neighbor much like that. Her kindness get throw in her face as well. But after the neighbor moved away, another came to her and told her that everyone in the neighorhood was so amazed at the writer's gracefulness in dealing with the situation. Through the friendly neighbor's praise, she realized that she have matured and earned new respect through the process. She have become a better person, and a model to others
