OMG they are so cute. *o* Their bromance in Royal Tramp was definitely more convincing than any of HXM's romances with his seven wives. I wish they'd collaborate again... preferably in a drama where they have hair. xD

Added you! Haven't been all that active recently, but I will be once HXM's Yue Fei drama airs. ;) idk why, but I can never seem to get as invested in his movies as I do in his dramas.

There was another video from the same uploader, where Wallace said how he was glad he did not have any on-screen romance with a woman in DOMD so that he could have it with HXM lol.

He did admit in interviews that his scenes with HXM felt like romance and he said he liked it better than having romantic scenes with girls lawl. But yeah, another collaboration would be great, but Wallace is going to be in a new remake of Tian Long Ba Bu as well as a Korean remake of "Secret Garden" which is a huge disappointment, according to his fans.

Oh me too I tend to be more active when he's in dramas than he is in movies. He should stick with TV series because I feel like he can get more successful with TV series rather than with movies.

Aw, Wallace is so adorable~ ♥ I definitely must check out more of his stuff. Still haven't checked out The Magic Blade yet, lol, due to lack of time... plus Wallace's hair in it is kind of scaring me off. xD And uh, I'm also side-eyeing the Korean remake thing... can he even speak Korean? But maybe I'm just jaded about C/TW actors being in Korean stuff, and vice versa lol.

Haha, I also wish HXM would stick with dramas, but I understand why he doesn't -- they're way too tiring to film, and he's already famous enough (in China, at least) from dramas. So on the one hand, I'm happy that he can branch out into other stuff, but apart from The Message, he hasn't made a movie that I would really watch again. :/

omg yes, the synopses too! I got a DVD of Sacrifice/The Orphan of Zhao, and I wanted to check out the general plot, but I couldn't understand what the hell the synopsis was even talking about.

Oh yeahhhh, the Olympics song. :| I feel so bad that he got so much flak for that, because it's not like the song itself was that great either. I'm happy that he kept singing, though, and that he always gave very dignified answers whenever TV show hosts asked about his Engrish.

re: smoking - I have no idea... Smoking has always been popular in photoshoots, though, so I'm hoping he's just doing it for show.

Yes I'm pretty sure you could get a degree for that. Most of them are well written. There were a few (2 or 3), which were rated...and the author did not even warned us, so...I accidently read some of it. Oh lawd , but the good thing is...I learnt some new erm... words ._. I'm okay with romance but friendship/brotherhood is better (there was this fic named 'WXB and his 8 wives...no need to guess who the 8th is heh).

Ahh that's what I like about him. I like his answers in every interview. So sincere, professional and respectful. Though haters say he's being fake and show-off :\

And psh, haters gonna hate. All celebrities are fake to a certain extent anyway... there's a reason PR exists. But it's a mark of HXM's character that he hasn't exploded at the media, despite all the nasty things they sometimes say about him.

I just watched Ip Man 2 yesterday. I have to agree his acting was shown to be average as he was not a main character. But I thought he was quite natural.

Lol my friends say that I'm weird 'cause even though I was born and raised in a Canto city, Idk how to speak Cantonese as I'm much more comfortable with Mandarin. Oh that's cool but sadly, I can only travel back to Mainland once every 4 years. I really do miss China...everything there (such as HXM posters, ads in malls lol) . I've never been to Taiwan, but I'd like to one day.

Lol his hairstyle from Summer Desire....I didn't like it too much. Oh GAWD xD His hairstyle from his new movie...was kinda nerdy. Reminds me of my old Math teacher.

Can you understand Canto? Even if you can't speak it, understanding it is still pretty good already. And aw, once every four years isn't too bad. Right now I'm averaging once every seven years, lol. I really want to go to mainland one day, though. Although I did manage to get a free HXM poster the last time I was in Taiwan! Good thing he has a pretty good fanbase here. :D

Speaking of his fanbase, where are the International fans nowadays? I barely see any. HuGe, Yang Mi, Nicku Wu fans are pretty active, but HXM, Wallace, LYF fans are like dead. Only Chinese fans are pretty active in Tieba lol.

Hee, he was so cute in DOMD. And ugggh yes, that annoys me so much about posters. Even in Taiwan I have to dig through a bunch of K-pop posters to get to people I actually recognize.

I still think dramas are a bigger draw for international fans... that's how Nicky got so popular recently, after all, and Hu Ge and Yang Mi are both still doing dramas. Although Wallace has been keeping busy with dramas, so idk about that.

And... omg... HXM is coming to Taiwan on the 29th for a Tissot event. I leave on the 20th to go back to school. WHYYYYYYY ;____;

that's okay. I love watching him in Happy Camp because he showcases his goofy personality a lot more. I also adore watching him during fan meetings because of his interactions with his fans <3 Idk if it's just me, but whenever he's in Taiwan, I get that 'bad boy/ playboy' vibe from him (while watching his videos).

You can clearly hear that he has improved in terms of control, stability, although it was lip-synched. And...I dont think he gained much weight as you can see in the video lol.

About that Wallace/HXM collab, if it's true, then I really hope no fanwars will happen between the two fandoms because it happened during DOMD...

Hm, I'd noticed he'd sometimes act different on different shows or events, but I never stopped to notice if they were from Taiwan or from mainland... will have to keep an eye out for that in future videos! And omg, he *has* improved a lot! I'm trying to imagine him singing that at the start of his singing career, and I don't think he could have pulled it off then... so proud. *o* And lolol maybe he is wearing a fat suit for the movie. xDD

Lol I didn't even know there was a fanwar until someone on Tieba mentioned it. It even happened before DOMD. They were arguing on who should get the role of WXB. When HXM got the role, Wallace fans started bashing ZJZ (director) and saying how Wallace is much better...well...you get the idea.

The fanwar turned into a HUGE mess when ZJZ decided to send all the promotional videos, MVs, BTS of DOMD to HXM fandom. Wallace fans were kinda furious though. They asked them if they could get the MVs and then, they edited the videos by cutting off HXM's head...lol. So because of the mess, there were A LOT of comparisons between these two actors in terms of height, looks, acting, singing.

But of course, I am not talking about the whole fandom. It is a large number of them, though.

Btw, HXM said he will try to gain some more weight because when he will be going to America for a shooting of his movie, he needs to look fat...

OMG Huang Xiaoming's coming to America!?!?!? *SCREAM* I just went and looked up info about this... he said sometime in September, but I haven't found any other details... AHHHH. I'm crossing my fingers that he will fly to SFO and not LAX, because if he goes to SFO, I will definitely take the hour-long transit to go greet him. AHHH I need details about thisssss *flail*

Ugh, LJ just ate my comment... But yeahh, that would be super awkward. Currently trying to locate more American HXM fans, though! I sent a message to the HXM fanclub on Weibo, and they said if I could find five more American fans, they'd consider arranging an event. Not sure how that's going to work, 'cause the two people I have right now are from different parts of the country... but oh well. Do you know anyone who'd be interested? I wish I could fly you over too~ D:
