Thanksgiving

Why, in the aftermath of the yearly orgy of food, am I left wanting spaghetti with meat sauce?

I just got back from Thanksgiving at the Chinese buffet, so no criticism from over here.

I think it may have something to do with all the effort that goes into making a traditional Thanksgiving dinner as well as the heaviness of the food. Spaghetti seems simple and light in comparison.

And I would love a good Chinese meal.

It wasn't that great, to be honest. But I didn't have to cook or clean up, so that's a plus. Of course, I'm making a turkey and all the trimmings on Saturday, do I'll have to do it then.
