I've heard that there's another clipper storm coming in on Monday. The sign would be buried if we hadn't had melting before Saturday's storm.

I'm fine. All snug and warm. Luckily, I've not lost power in any of the storms.

I have taken to looking at sunny beaches. We have 10 inches already and the weathermen are predicting that the blizzard will continue for another 10 hours. Oh my. But I am home with food and all the chocolate...err...staples one could need - chocolate bars, hot chocolate and chocolate cake. See, I am safely at home treating my addiction.

We've broken the season record for snow in DC. The record in 1899 was 54.4 inches. The last official measurement at Reagan National Airport was 54.9 inches. I think that's enough for one winter.
