I've had to drop out of the sv_renaissance Stephen King challenge.

I wish I could finish a story for the challenge, but it's just not happening.

The ideas are there, but the words aren't.

Thanks. I really didn't want to give up, but it was time to face facts. It just wasn't happening.

I may be able to write the story later now that the pressure's off.

After declining to read most of the entries - roxymissrose the exception after I made sure it was going to end okay fro CLex - I'm glad I dropped out early. I'm not handling the dark stuff very well these days.

If you ever decide to pick it back up and need to bounce it off someone, I'll be happy to help (as long as Clark and Lex stay alive).

Thanks. I may yet write the story, but I'm no sure when.

I'd planned on keeping Clark and Lex alive. I thought about killing off Pete and several other minor characters, though.
