I'd love to post a progress meter for my Moonridge story, but it won't give me code for the amounts.

I'm up to 9081 words and I have two or three more scenes to write.

Excellent progress. You've blown past your original count and just passed the last count you had on the count o'meter. You're sneaking up on 10,000 aren't you?

10,000 might be possible. Especially after I finish the first draft and go back to fill in where the story is a bit thin.
