My bus broke down this morning

Well, nothing was wrong with the engine. It was just the computer system that controls the "stop requested" and the "talking bus" features. They kept making a very high pitched whine and the driver took the bus out of service when we got to the Dunn Loring Metro stop where we could transfer to other buses

I was glad he decided to wait until we got to the Metro where we could catch other buses.

Isn't it just like a young man to panic and push his way out of a situation?
