As Bruce Wayne's assistant, Bruce treated him more like a son than an employee at times. It's hard to believe Bruce didn't know.
It was all a secret until "old Bruce" needed a kidney transplant and Terry turned out to be a perfect tissue donor match for cloning the new kidney.
That's what sent Terry looking for answers. He broke into Amanda's home and she told him the truth when Bruce wouldn't (or couldn't).
Terry finally accepted the fact that Bruce is not only his mentor and his friend, but his father. He also took Amanda's advice and decided not to let being Batman rob him of having a real life. He plans to propose to his girlfriend, Dana.

I didn't care too much for Amanda as a person, but I liked the character. She was such a snake. And she played so well off Bruce. They understood each other in a twisted sort of way.

"Oh, please do."
Bwahahahahaha!!
Very nice follow up story. I like it!
"Congratulation, Mrs. McGinnis! It's a boy!"
Who is Mrs. McGinnis?

Terry McGinnis' mother. She was the woman who Amanda Waller arranged to have Bruce's children by changing her husband's reproductive cells to produce Bruce's DNA. The plot was revealed in the JLU episode "Epilogue."

I think I may have overdone it this time. I think I AU'd Smallville, the DCU, Teen Titans, JLU, and Batman Beyond if not the very fabric of time..

Also I was hating Bruce and didn't want him forgiven but I'm glad Clark forgave him in the end and even for "pulling him back from the edge." Well done. I liked it very much, very enjoyable.
Thanks!

It is usually Lex that is the fiercely protective one. But this time I felt that Clark needed to stand up for himself and the family and remind Bruce that Kryptonite isn't enough to take Superman down.
And it is in Clark's nature to forgive. Afterall he forgave Lex. He could do no less for a friend and comrade who needed his help.
