Fascinating direction - I like Clark as a novelist and as a reporter, especially a reporter who certainly doesn't need Perry for a job or Lois as a partner. Why did they break up?

I agree with the others - this is something that could really be interesting if you wrote further.

I don't know yet. I'm going to have to ponder about it and see if I can come up with the story now that I've got the beginning.

That is if I can get Lex and Clark together in the one we're working on now.

I just posted the bridging bit where Clark almost drops the bus and then gets home, convinced Lex is going to hate him forever and he's an idiot, to find THe Note from Lex.

Great beginning sweetie.

This is the Clark I love the most from the comics. The strong, self-assured writer and journalist who doesn't bumble or hide in over-sized suits. For me, Superman has always been the mask that Clark wears, not the other way around. I love stories where he gets to be strong.

I really hope that your muse gives you more of this. :)
