I've been pretty obsessed with the mustard/gold yellow that's popular this season. ((I now have yellow tights, leggings, and jeans because I'm such a dork about yellow right now.))
gorgeous! and high five for late falls - I used to live where winter came early and now I don't and every time this season rolls around and all my back-home friends are posting pictures of snow in late September I congratulate myself on that epically good life choice. ;)
Gah. I'm from th Pacific Northwest originally and the complete lack of seasons in Cali rankles me. Seriously? Waiting until December for Autumn and it only lasts two weeks? ((To be fair, I'd hate the reverse as well, snow in September is just as inappropriate.)) I need Autumn. It's my favorite season. And I love rain. I get far too little of both in my current geological position.
heh. I'm from the PNW too, but the pointy, snowy part, not the rainy side, and boy-oh I do not miss that winter darkness nor the 7 months of snow on the ground. Others of my friends who have moved away miss seasons like you do, and post longing photos of tea and sweaters and scarves but I'm just eager for the day I move even further away from ever having to deal with any hints of cold weather, ever. :)
The sun really wears me out, tbh. I get super grouchy during the summer because I am tired all the time. I need the seasons and cool air in order to stay sane.
