Just watched the first episode of Supernatural season four.  So glad to have it back and have the question of how Dean rises from hell answered... and with the bonus of lots of Bobby (yes, I admit it, I am a closet Bobby fan.  He's just such a scruffily adorable character).  Plus we also got to see a second episode, ARE YOU THERE GOD, IT'S ME, DEAN
