Preparations for the Festival of a One hundred demons grow near to a close. I hope that soon enough we can have such a celebration, I am sure that the dates will differ slightly from the intended time, but it would be nice to have our humble city involved

Puzzling, I assumed they had such festivities in Japan during ages past and into the future...

Festival of a Thousand Demons? Are you referring to Hyaaki Ya Koushou? Because the one I've been to, it's supposingly a celebration for demons and spirits. And I was there on a mission for a self-centered witch's wimp cravings for good ol' wine, hn.
