Preparations for the Festival of a One hundred demons grow near to a close. I hope that soon enough we can have such a celebration, I am sure that the dates will differ slightly from the intended time, but it would be nice to have our humble city involved ( Read more... )

It is quite enjoyable, though given the reactions, I suppose it just did not pass onto Modern Japan as I had hoped...no matter though, it is still an worth-while event...

It sounds just like the Watanagashi festival back home!

It'll be nice, if only just that once, to have something familiar to latch onto.

I'm not sure...it was made specifically to worship Oyashiro-sama, and give him thanks for protecting our village.

It's really fun! We all take cotton, and go down to the river. Once it's been blessed, we put all the bad things in the year into the cotton and float it down the river, leaving only good things afterwards!

And there's always tons of food and drinks, and celebrations! It was our club's favorite time of the year!

Except for...

Oh, nevermind. It was very fun!
