My major, standard, take-it-everywhere question is, essentially: "So, you've worked here a long while, yes? What's so great about Company X/ Department Y - why have you stayed, essentially?"
Adjust wording to suit occasion, or discard altogether, but it's a useful one (if they can't think of anything convincing, nod politely and run!).

Unfortunately it's within the same company and department that I already work for, and have worked for for more than two years, so not sure that your good-in-any-other-situation question could be adapted!
The fudge recipe I've got, which I haven't tried yet, is found at http://thefoody.com/sweets/fudge.html. I did previously try one I found on ukfood but it turned out...inedible. Hopefully this one will go better and, if it just ends up making a big huge mess, well, this is why I have a dishwasher!

The fudge recipe I've got, which I haven't tried yet, is found at http://thefoody.com/sweets/fudge.html. I did previously try one I found on ukfood but it turned out...inedible. Hopefully this one will go better and, if it just ends up making a big huge mess, well, this is why I have a dishwasher!
