Typically I just improvise when I'm making scrambled eggs for breakfast, but today I decided to actually jot down my various ingredients. So this morning, along with a dozen pieces of bacon (mmmmm, cholesterol!) I made ( Savory Scrambled Eggs. )

ingredients: milk, cooking, ingredients: eggs, ingredients: cheese, recipes: breakfast

One dozen slices? Jesus God.....I wouldn't want to be paying your crazy PX90 grocery bill....

Rich turned me onto bacon grease with eggs....takes care of all the sticking problems nicely.

Well, not so much a full dozen slices... more like I take the normal slices and cut them in half, then fry them up. So six slices, really. *grin* Plus me with bacon is rare enough that I don't spend all that much.

And yup, bacon grease definitely does work quite well with the sticking problems. Smearing just a little bit of butter or margarine on the pan beforehand makes sure the bacon itself doesn't get too stuck, either.

*sigh* I do need to try to get back on the P90X plan. With work, vacation, flu and whatnot, I've been without for quite some time now.
