I have horrible news. Apparently Cory Monteith was found dead in his hotel room tonight. I'm sorry everyone. :(

I woke up an hour ago to this on twitter...and I just...to quote Mark Salling's tweet "no" but I'm going to add !!!!!!!!

He was going to do interviews with Mia and Fox Upfront today.

He was getting married in two weeks.

Filming for Glee starts again on the 22nd.

Too young, too soon. He will be missed.

Speculation. I've seen a couple of tweets to that effect from silly young teens, nothing from anyone credible. I'd be very wary of perpetuating this gossip, Mockingj91. I completely echo your thoughts about what this will mean for the show.

My heart is just breaking for Lea and his family and friends, I can't imagine what they must be going through.

Ah (didn't see this until after I replied) I didn't pay attention to Lea and Cory's relationship and I heard ages ago that they got engaged. It never occurred to me to actually check if it was true or not because well...as awful as it sounds on a day like this, I didn't care. I just assumed those who were saying 2 weeks from now had actually paid attention and were speaking from credible sources themselves. *sigh* Highly annoying, sorry.

This is so terribly sad. I thought it was a cruel joke at first (because Twitter does stuff like that) and now I'm just in shock. My thoughts go out to his family and his loved ones.

I'm not even crying yet, but my fingers feel numb. I wanted to rewatch some episodes today, but I don't think I can. It's just so tragic (and seeing part of my dash sad/in shock and another part, that has nothing to do with Glee completely unaffected and posting what usually would be funny stuff is also a very strange feeling).

Rest in peace Cory. You will be missed.

And now the tears are coming.
