I had a week like that too. Seratonin syndrome turned me Ana for a week. After I got over the sickness I realized that eating healthy won't make me fat and not eating at all is bad.
For me, I wasn't having that sort of situation- I'm kind of a slave to rituals. Like, if I don't eat breakfast, I wont eat my pills, because I need the right 'set up'. I just forget.
So, all week, I skipped breakfast, and thus my pills, and ended up not eating until late at night, after working all day on a labor intensive task. Each day it was worse, until I couldn't move from my couch.
I think I have been kinda unhealthy with my weight loss ^^; I am using My Fitness Pal to keep track of what I eat and make sure I do good :) I am going to go out and buy another scale today hopefully. And hopefully not break it again >_<
According to my measurements I have lost a little bit, but gained in my abdominal extension, which is where I am trying to lose the most. I don't exercise, which is probably my problem... :( I just can't do it!
I was doing the wii fit yoga, I can actually tell that my posture is better and my mom commented on it and it helps great for loosing weight! Excercising helps so much:) I just need to step it up^^
congrats! I know how good it feels. I'm about 10 pounds down from when I started at the beginning of July and finally back to what I weighed last spring. I'm going to try and step up my excercise since I know my body and after the 1st ten pounds I usually start going back up or don't go down anymore so I'm goin to try and push past the hump:) Rice has been really helping me and lots of tea and sparkling water. Also green and red pepper's^^ Good luck!!!
Tea and sparkling water are great! I can't have to much sparkling water because of the aspertame tho. And I love green peppers! One of my fav meals is a slice of tomato and green pepper on a tortilla with low fat cheese on top melted.

I backslipped really hard and skipped breakfast all last week- I didn't go over 700 calories a day, so I'll bet I've gained a couple of lbs.
I went shopping for healthy QUICK breakfasts and snacks, so that I don't stare at the fridge with a blank stare and just drink coffee.

I am glad I've lost as much as I have, I need to reduce my bust and hips more though.
