I am doing the core rhythms work out. I also cut out preservatives and overly processes foods from my diet (more for digestive reasons), and I am doing 2 servings of light yogurt and green tea along with basic healthy eating.
oh wow that's great! I want to do the Core Rhythms now too! :D I haven't been doing much of anything other than working @_@ at least at my job we have to walk a bit!
