Wow good for you! That's really good for only 10 days!!

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of diet/workout do you do? I have to start doing that, it's just so hard because of school.

I am doing the core rhythms work out. I also cut out preservatives and overly processes foods from my diet (more for digestive reasons), and I am doing 2 servings of light yogurt and green tea along with basic healthy eating.

oh wow that's great! I want to do the Core Rhythms now too! :D I haven't been doing much of anything other than working @_@ at least at my job we have to walk a bit!
