Sounds like it came out in the wash to a great event despite the annoyance at the start! I'm still sad I missed it.
Also, it's hard to imagine what could POSSIBLY be as awkward as the Headmaster/Tertia conversation... I am impressed! (And curious, naturally, but I understand that if it's that awkward, it's bound to be private, and thus I'll likely have to remain curious. ;))
Funny part is the quick blurb, werewolves on the field, for you is actually a major thing for me. It was that final moment when I realized to get plot you need to do something stupid.
So I dove into the deep end and made an enemy that knows my name.
Yup. I had no idea why we were fighting werewolves. They were an interruptive interlude to the plate full of shit I had to deal with. I can only hope that you can pull bits of timeline from it and go, "What did I do after that?"
Why the weres attacked were a mystery to me too. I just decided it would be fun to run the big one out of my territory. Always stand up the the biggest and baddest, it keeps the chaff from getting uppity.
When he came back and asked my name I gave it, because it could be fun.
We may not have had the chance to sing Loom of Years for the Throne of Stars encounter but I did get some lovely practice in with Terra and Tashka at various points in the day and some attributes refreshed for doing so which was nice.
Poor Zephyr has had a very rough year. I'm glad something helped him to bounce back to his old self again.
We need to try for more shenanigans together at the next event. I thought our hijinks were a bit on the low side and those are really some of my favorite Madrigal moments. :)
You know, that may have been part of Zephyr's low morale for the event; we spent so little time together. We didn't even commisserate much on our new student. We must fix this.
Oh my gosh! Dinner was fantastic. I was enjoying your company so much that I totally lost track of time and I wasn't ready to be done when I was, clearly well past the time I should have been. We have *got* to do that again. *hugs*
I'm sorry Zephyr has been having a tough time. I'm glad it is at least fun drama for you. And I'm super glad for the happy that turned it all around :)

Can you think of a worse way for Zephyr to spend a conversation? ;-)
I missed Vaedra. It's amazing how quickly one can become attached to another character. Next event?

I should indeed be at next event! It's the only one this year that Rob neglected to schedule opposite a major family conflict for me.

I stayed way too late at dinner, and don't regret a moment.
