so for some stupid reason, when i drink a little too much, i end up waking up early the next day but instead of being able to go back to sleep, i just roll around wishing i could pass out again

same thing happens to me when i drink too much. drives me batty. especially if you are still at that point where you wish you could just fall asleep so the room would stop spinning.

Yeah sometimes I overdo it; beer rather than mixed drinks helps me there (more water, less alcohol). In any case, lots of water before bed = less likely to have a headache in the morning.

i dont mess around with that beer stuff. if i be drinking, i may as well be drinking.

hence why i have cut back recently. the experience of a family of alcoholics will do that to you.
