Been awhile since I've gotten on here. I've been meaning to write something but I keep on getting sidetracked about what I want to say.

You now.. when I was smoking... and I'd have these coughing attacks, a cigarette actually would seem to help. Just saying I can relate..
It's hard to quit, but jeez.. Mike certainly should be motivated to.
