You know, I don't think I've *ever* tasted herring. My Norwegian ancestors must be rolling their eyes....

I know. It is just frustrating to do such a big job (on your own opinion) and then have almost no visual correlation.

I did not like herring when I was younger but now I can happily stomach it. There is just an excess of it - thanks to the extremely generous beekeeper.
