After a week of no exercise, I was a little worried that I wouldn't lose anything (or worse, that I'd gain weight back). But as I stepped onto the scale today...

I lost two pounds!! That puts me at 149.

I guess that's what a week of tons of stress and not enough food does to you, haha. Either way, I'm so happy to be UNDER 150 and to see the "to go" ( Read more... )

Yay! Your calories are so low compared to mine ... Oh, that you could have some of my workout and I could have some of your low cals! Haha!

Haha, thanks! :) I actually need to be eating a little more once I start exercising, I think--so that my body doesn't start thinking it's starving!
