After a week of no exercise, I was a little worried that I wouldn't lose anything (or worse, that I'd gain weight back). But as I stepped onto the scale today...

I lost two pounds!! That puts me at 149.

I guess that's what a week of tons of stress and not enough food does to you, haha. Either way, I'm so happy to be UNDER 150 and to see the "to go" pounds drop under 30. YAY!!
