I can't help but wonder if I'm really that bad of a person, that I need to be called into the manager's office so to speak because of "Tension." The reason there's tension? I might be slightly biased here, but I don't think you're bad at all. I just see that you were doing your job, and other people weren't.

And, I so totally get that part about not being able to put yourself in that kid's shoes. Because I couldn't, either. I know exactly what you are talking about, and you know it.
